Delivery

• We aim to dispatch all Jewellery orders within 3-5 working days.

• We offer FREE delivery for all UK orders.

• All orders are delivered via Royal Mail Track24.

Returns

Thank you for ordering from Ingrid Rossi.  Please contact our team via email before you return any faulty item/s, otherwise returns will not be handled.

• We will exchange a faulty item if returned within 28 days with order invoice number, provided that it is clear that there is a manufacturing fault or the damage occurred during delivery.

• Only goods returned within a reasonable period that are deemed to be damaged or faulty, will be repaired or replaced where possible. If neither of these options are available the item/s will be credited or refunded directly to your account. Please note we cannot replace or refund jewellery, which has had considerable wear and tear, and/or has come into contact with perfume or other substances.
